File Tags now available
Resource tagging is now available for simulation files.
File Tags are schemaless, flexible user-defined tags for grouping and categorization, and allow for shared context across files. The two primary use cases we support are:
- Simulation Traceability – Engineering leaders have a holistic view of all simulation activities and decisions with context on inputs, intentions, and findings for final approvals, regulatory audits, or troubleshooting production issues.
- Simulation & File Discovery – Simulation engineers have comprehensive access to and management of simulation files and results. They can easily trace and retrieve specific simulations, understand the context and parameters used, and analyze outcomes for optimization, compliance, or error resolution. This centralized system enhances efficiency in identifying and utilizing relevant simulation data.
With File Tags, we allow the ability to tag files within the “Files” page, the Inputs section of the Job Setup, and the Results page of the job detail page.
